This allows animals to roam more freely and perform natural behaviors such as digging, climbing, or swimming. For instance, at the Hualude Zoo in China, elephants are free to roam in large open spaces, instead of being confined to small cages. It helps them to act and look like elephants — and enables them to do what elephants do best!
